PatternSpace is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
PatternSpace does not collect, transmit, or store personal data during normal use. There are no analytics, crash-reporting services, telemetry, or usage tracking of any kind. The one exception is the optional in-app contact form: if you choose to submit it, the data you enter is sent to FormSubmit as described below.
PatternSpace communicates only with calibration software and clients on your local network: it accepts incoming connections from CalMAN, PGenerator-compatible tools, and PatternSpace Remote clients, and it connects to the ColourSpace Network Server when you use ColourSpace. The app is sandboxed and does not connect to the internet during normal use — no analytics, telemetry, or update checks. The only exception is the optional in-app contact form: submitting it sends your message to FormSubmit over HTTPS. No data leaves your local network unless you explicitly send a message.
This website is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser type, referring pages) as part of their hosting infrastructure. Please refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
This website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to measure aggregate traffic such as page views, referring sites, and device type. It sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. Please refer to Ahrefs Web Analytics for details. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising trackers.
PatternSpace provides a contact form on this website and in the app. If you submit it, we collect your name, email address, message, feedback type, app version, OS version, and platform solely to respond to your inquiry. This information is not sold or used for marketing.
Submissions are processed by FormSubmit, which forwards them to our inbox. FormSubmit retains submissions for up to 30 days according to its documentation.
You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing info@caplaz.com.
PatternSpace is distributed through the Mac App Store, and the PatternSpace Pro upgrade is processed entirely by Apple as an in-app purchase. We never see or store your payment details. Apple may collect certain diagnostic and usage information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. This is separate from PatternSpace and governed by Apple's terms.
