Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using PatternSpace. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PatternSpace ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PatternSpace for your personal or professional calibration work. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Sublicense or sell access to the App

3. Beta Software

PatternSpace is currently distributed as beta software via Apple TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly
• You are using pre-release software at your own risk
• Your feedback may be used to improve the product

4. Intellectual Property

PatternSpace and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by PatternSpace and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The PatternSpace name, logo, and app icon are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATTERNSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Services

The App is designed to interoperate with third-party calibration software (ColourSpace, CalMAN, PGenerator-compatible tools). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party services. Their use is governed by their respective terms and policies.

The App is distributed via Apple TestFlight. Your use of TestFlight is subject to Apple's TestFlight Terms and Conditions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• To transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or servers

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
